Bobcat - Self Reliant  36"x 40"  Mixed Media Acrylic                                                                  I am a bobcat, and it comes naturally to me to wander alone across the earth. My self-sufficient tendencies have gifted me with the ability to survive on my own. My offspring are raised to be strong and independent, learning how to hunt within three months of birth. I do not coddle them, but instead, urge them to develop the necessary life skills. I am adaptable to change, and easily adjust to new surroundings and homes. My survival hinges on making swift and wise decisions. The camouflage passed down to me helps to shield me from others that may cause distractions and disruptions to my plans. My tenacity and self-reliance will pave the way to success.
