All orders are fulfilled in 5 to 10 days depending on the products ordered. If any orders are running late I will contact you immediately when possible and made aware of this in due time myself.  If you are buying for a gift please leave yourself ample time to receive your purchase, so you are not disappointed. Most of my original designs are processed on products in Montreal, Canada by a reputable company and orders are made directly to them at checkout. No system is perfect so if at anytime a situation arises I will do my best to rectify it and make you one happy customer!(:  Cheers!
